This matter came before Department II of the Court on its February 4, 1991, Motion Calendar on Petitioners' Motion for Discrectionary Review and Motion for Review of Indigency Order. Department II having considered the motion and the files herein;

Now, therefore, it is hereby

Ordered:

That Petitioners' Motion for Discretionary Review and Motion for Review of Indigency Order are granted. The Lewis County Superior Court is directed to enter an order of indigency allowing the Petitioners' a complete record of the dependency and termination proceedings at public expense.
