MEMORANDUM

Appellant Marvin filed this action pro se alleging a conspiracy between, inter alia, San Diego and Riverside County officials, the California Attorney General, and the Fourth Appellate District of the California Court of Appeals. Yet there lies before Miller a string of legal barriers too numerous to list. We mention but a few: absolute immunity for persons performing judicial functions, see Butz v. Econmomou, 438 U.S. 478, 510-13 (1978), including prosecutors, see Imbler v. Pachtman, 424 U.S. 409 (1976); Eleventh Amendment immunity shielding state officials acting in their official capacity; and the need to identify an official policy or custom before imposing liability on a government subdivision. See St. Louis v. Praprotnik, 485 U.S. 112 (1988). The district court's order granting defendants' motion to dismiss is hereby
