MEMORANDUM

Henry Duggins appeals his conviction and 36-month probationary sentence imposed following a guilty plea to manufacture and possession of prohibited electronic communication interception devices in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2512.

Pursuant to Anders v. California, 386 U.S. 738 (1967), Duggins' counsel filed both a brief stating that he finds no viable issues for review and a motion to withdraw as counsel of record. Our independent review of the record pursuant to Penson v. Ohio, 488 U.S. 75, 83 (1988) discloses no issue for review. Accordingly, counsel's motion to withdraw is GRANTED and the district court's judgment is AFFIRMED.
