Order

This case is removed from the March 7, 1995, Portland, Oregon, calendar and will be submitted as of February 23, 1995.

This case is remanded to the district court for reconsideration in light of the newly discovered material which should have been provided as pretrial discovery.

Appellant's motions to Stay Appellate Proceedings, Supplement the Record on Appeal, and Enlarge Time to File Supplemental Briefs are denied as moot.

If a new appeal is taken, it may be calendared before any panel of this court.
