Order GRANTING RESPONDENT'S MOTION TO CORRECT OPINION AND ORDER AMENDING OPINION

The respondent, the State of Washington, having filed a Motion to Correct Opinion herein and the Court having determined that there are two sentences of the opinion which are improperly worded and need correction; now, therefore,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the opinion of this court in the above-entitled cause filed March 11, 1996 be, and the same hereby is, amended to read as follows:

On page 1, delete the first sentence of the opinion which reads:

James Farmer and Carol Farmer appeal their convictions of making false claims or proof and forgery (James) and forgery (Carol).

and in its place insert the following sentence:

James Farmer and Carol Farmer appeal their convictions of making false claims or proof and forgery.

On page 19, delete the sentence which reads:

The affidavit was sufficient to establish probable cause to search the Farmers' entire home and the trial court did err by denying their motion to suppress the fruits of the search of their house.

and in its place insert the following sentence:

The affidavit was sufficient to establish probable cause to search the Farmers' entire home and the trial court did not err by denying their motion to suppress the fruits of the search of their house.
