ORDER DENYING MOTION FOR RECONSIDERATION AND AMENDING UNPUBLISHED OPINION

Appellants Roy and Georgie Griffin moved for reconsideration of this court's unpublished

(1) Respondent's motion for reconsideration is denied.

(2) Insert the following paragraph on page 8 at line 11:

We also agree attorney fees may be awarded under the

Washington Condominium Act, RCW 64.34.455. In unchallenged finding 18, the trial court determined the Griffins had failed to furnish a resale certificate required by RCW 64.34.425. In unchallenged finding 19, the trial court concluded that Miracle

"more than likely would not have purchased [the condominium] and this litigation in all probability would have been avoided."
