ORDER

All five members of Department I of the Court considered the matters set on its November 12, 1996, Motion Calendar, and unanimously agreed that the following order be entered. Therefore, Chief Justice Barbara Durham directed that this order be entered:

IT IS ORDERED:

That the Petition for Review is denied and the Respondent Young's motion for attorney fees is granted. The amount of the attorney fees will be determine by the Supreme Court Commissioner pursuant to RAP 18.1. Pursuant to RAP 18.1(d), Respondent should file an affidavit with the Clerk of the Washington State Supreme Court.
