ORDER ON MOTION FOR RECONSIDERATION

On October 18, 1996, the court filed its published opinion in this case. On November 7, Bair moved for reconsideration on two limited grounds. Having considered her motion, the court now orders as follows:

1. Footnote 5 of the opinion is amended to read, in its entirety:

Footnote 5 At oral argument, we asked counsel for Bair if he would be willing to supplement the record with a copy of Bair's policy, assuming the court were willing to permit such supplementation. He responded by stating that supplementation would be inappropriate, although he would of course comply with any order the court might issue.

2. Footnote 14 is amended to read, in its entirety:

Footnote 14 Lou, 36 Wash. App. at 841; Mattson, 32 Wash. App. at 633.

3. In all other respects, the motion is denied.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
