TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that, by Order of the United States District Court for the Western District of Washington, the following intangible personal property of defendant Accelitec, Inc. ("Accelitec") is encumbered by an attachment lien in favor of Ronald F. Strich ("Strich"), in the amount of $1, 240, 876.71, plus interest at the rate of 8% per annum from November 8, 2013 until paid: all of Accelitec's right, title, and interest in any general intangibles, including any software, trade secrets, copyrights, patents, trademarks, and other intellectual property, and all proceeds of, collateral for, income and other payments now or hereafter due and payable with respect to, and supporting obligations relating to, any and all of the foregoing collateral (including, without limitation, proceeds, collateral and supporting obligations that constitute property of the types described above and, to the extent not otherwise included, all (A) payments under any sales agreement, license, indemnity or guaranty, payable by reason of loss or damage (including without limitation any insurance proceeds or condemnation or payment in lieu of condemnation) or otherwise with respect to any of the foregoing collateral, and (B) cash.).
The Attachment Lien has been entered pursuant to RCW 6.25 for the purpose of securing any judgment obtained by Strich against Accelitec in the matter known as Strich v. Accelitec, Inc., United States District Court for the Western District of Washington Cause No. 13-01092-RSL.
