ORDER REVERSING COMMISSIONER AND REMANDING CASE FOR AWARD OF BENEFITS

Plaintiff David D. White appeals the final decision of the Commissioner of the Social Security Administration ("Commissioner") which denied his application for Disability Insurance Benefits ("DIB") and Supplemental Security Income ("SSI") under Titles II and XVI of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. ยงยง 401-33 and 1381-83f, after a hearing before an administrative law judge ("ALJ"). Having reviewed the Parties' briefing and the administrative record, the Court hereby REVERSES the Commissioners decision and REMANDS the matter for an immediate award of benefits.
