Plaintiff Sarah D. F. Hansen appeals the final decision of the Commissioner of the Social Security Administration ("Commissioner") that denied her application for Supplemental Security Income ("SSI") under Title XVI of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. ยงยง 1381-83f, after a hearing before an administrative law judge ("AU"). Having reviewed the Parties' briefing and the administrative record, the Court REVERSES the Commissioner's decision and REMANDS the case for an immediate award of benefits.
